About the Opportunity
We are launching a physician-led longevity clinic embedded inside a premium fitness club, in partnership with one of Australia’s leading fitness operators. Integrated clinical health services within premium fitness environments are already well established overseas. This is among the first of its kind in Australia.
The clinic is a purpose-built clinical suite within the club, delivering physician-led Longevity Memberships to a pre-qualified, health-engaged member base. You will be the doctor at the centre of it.
The Work
- Longitudinal preventative care with motivated members across a structured membership
- Interpreting comprehensive diagnostic and biomarker data and translating it into a clear, personalised preventative strategy
- Physician-led longevity protocols, prescribed and reviewed on individual clinical assessment
- Practising within an established clinical governance framework, with documented protocols and oversight from our Medical Director
What we offer
- Remuneration at $300 per hour
- 1 to 2 days per week, growing with the program. Saturday availability preferred, though we will consider strong candidates who cannot work Saturdays
- Consultation lengths set by clinical need rather than throughput
- Access to a diagnostic suite most clinical environments cannot offer, and members who act on what it tells them
- A model built to work alongside a member’s regular GP, with findings shared back to their usual practice so preventative insight strengthens their ongoing care rather than fragmenting it
- Full nursing and concierge support on site. You practise medicine, we handle the rest
- Collaborative multidisciplinary team including our Medical Director, nurses, nutritionists and the wider HealthScreen clinical network
About You
- Registered General Practitioner with current unconditional AHPRA registration and current professional indemnity insurance
- Fellowship (FRACGP or FACRRM) or equivalent, with a strong interest in preventative, longevity, integrative or lifestyle medicine
- Comfortable interpreting advanced diagnostics and translating complex data into plain language a member can act on
- Confident practising within a structured clinical governance framework and documented protocols
- Skilled communicator who enjoys building long-term patient relationships
- Comfortable working in a premium, member-facing environment alongside a commercial partner
- Open to occasional public-facing or educational content supporting the program. Preferred, not essential
