About the Role

This is a commercially focused, phone-based role responsible for converting inbound enquiries and generating new B2B opportunities. The position is open to applicants based in Sydney or Melbourne and offers hybrid flexibility.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients who enquire about our preventative health programs. Your role is to guide them through our offering, answer questions clearly and confidently, and drive conversion to booked appointments.

You will also conduct structured outreach to corporate prospects, introducing HealthScreen’s corporate programs and booking meetings for senior members of the sales team.

This role suits someone who thrives in a structured, target-driven environment, enjoys driving conversations, and sees this as a stepping stone into a Business Development or senior sales role.

Key Responsibilities

This role combines high-quality inbound conversion with structured outbound business development. Initially, the focus will lean toward inbound enquiries, with a gradual shift toward building a stronger outbound pipeline as the role evolves.

You will be accountable for driving revenue from warm leads while also contributing to long-term growth through proactive corporate outreach.

Inbound

  • Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Clearly explain HealthScreen’s programs, pricing and process
  • Handle objections confidently and ethically
  • Convert qualified leads into booked appointments
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
  • Follow up warm leads to increase conversion rates

Outbound

  • Identify and research target corporate accounts
  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to introduce HealthScreen
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings for senior sales team
  • Build and manage a structured outbound pipeline
  • Track outreach activity and performance metrics

About You

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a sales, SDR, inside sales or phone-based role
  • Confident, articulate communicator with strong objection handling skills
  • Comfortable working toward structured activity and revenue targets
  • Highly organised and disciplined with CRM usage
  • Commercially driven and motivated by performance-based incentives
  • Experience in healthcare, professional services or high-consideration sales is advantageous
  • Interest in preventative health or longevity is viewed favourably

This is not a passive customer service role. You must be comfortable driving conversations, asking direct questions, and confidently guiding prospects toward a decision.
